Is there a dress code?
We aim to foster a warm and refined atmosphere for all guests. We kindly ask that attire complement the elegant setting and cuisine of the restaurant and encourage guests to avoid overly casual clothing.

How do I make a reservation for Armour House?
Please visit our website and click the ‘Reservations’ link found at the bottom of the page.
Reservations can also be made via phone. To speak with our Maitre d’, please call (205) 593-4196.
Please note that any reservation request left on voicemail will not be honored. All voicemail requests will be returned as soon as possible.

How far in advance do you accept reservations?
We are currently accepting reservations up to 30-days in advance.
If you decide to make a reservation, please note that we do not honor any reservation requests made within two hours or less than the requested time.

Can I bring my children?
Armour House is designed to provide an elevated dining experience in a more adult-oriented setting. We do not currently offer a children’s menu, but accommodations can be made to keep our small friends happy. While we do have a limited number of highchairs available, we encourage guests to consider the atmosphere when making plans. We look forward to hosting you for an exceptional experience!

Does Armour House have accessible accommodations for guests with mobility needs?
Absolutely. We welcome all guests and are pleased to offer an ADA-accessible entrance for those with mobility needs. The entrance is conveniently located on the south side of the building along Morris Avenue. If you need any additional assistance upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to let our team know. We’re here to ensure your experience at Armour House is enjoyable and comfortable!

Are there any tables that do not require reservations?
Yes! We do not accept reservations for our outdoor seating, bar seating, nor raw bar. These three sections are available on a first come, first serve basis.

What is the largest party size Armour House can accommodate?
We are only able to accept a maximum group size of (10) guests during weeknights and (8) guests on the weekends in our main dining room. For groups larger than 10, we kindly ask that arrangements be coordinated through our event manager to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. Is there a corkage fee?
Yes, we offer a corkage service for a fee of $35 per bottle. Please note, if a guest brings in a bottle already featured on our wine list, we will not be able to open it. We look forward to enhancing your dining experience with our carefully curated wine selections.

Does Armour House offer private events?
Yes, we do! Armour House is able to offer the use of our main dining room and/or our cocktail lounge, Pogo, for hosting large events. For all event inquiries, please visit our ‘Contact’ page to reach out to our team.

Can I walk in?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome here. However, we highly recommend making a reservation in order to ensure a premiere dining experience.

Do you have valet service?
We are proud to offer a complimentary valet service that is located at the main restaurant entrance on 1st avenue North.
