Earnest Echols is an active performer on piano and trumpet. His keyboard styles and horn arrangements can be found on numerous gospel, RnB, and smooth jazz albums for such artists/organizations as the Full Gospel Baptist Church Convention, L. Spenser Smith and Testament, Sherri Jones-Moffet, Lisa McClendon, Noel Gourdin, Jason Clayborn, Darrius Jamar, Michael Mahaffey, David Byrd, Just a Few Cats, Micah Stampley, Jazmin Ghent, LaRue Howard, and of course one of Alabama's American Idols, Ruben Studdard.
